Previous Projects

Every project we take on is shaped by how the space will actually be used. Our experience in healthcare, and commercial environments allows us to deliver projects that support daily operations, meet regulatory requirements, and stand up to long-term use.

Hotel Van Zandt

Hotel room with a bed, a small round table with yellow flowers, a TV on the wall, a desk with a chair and a yellow flower, standing lamps, blue chairs, and curtains covering a window.

We restored 126 guest rooms, including queen, king, and suite layouts, along with the ballroom ceiling and on-site gym following significant water damage. The project included drywall installation, painting, wallpaper, specialty carpet, fire detection systems, luxury vanities, and custom trim—returning the property to its full standard of comfort and sophistication.

Seaholm Residences

Sky full of tall modern glass buildings in an urban cityscape.

We restored the 10th floor corridor, central elevator lobbies on floors 1–9, and the stairwells throughout all nine levels. The project included drywall installation, painting, custom wood accent walls, high-end artwork manipulation, and floor polishing, revitalizing key common areas with a polished, upscale finish.

The Austin Marriott Downtown

We restored 86 guest rooms, including queen, king, and suite layouts, following significant water damage. The project included drywall installation, painting, wallpaper, specialty carpet, fire detection systems, luxury vanities, and cove base, all completed to meet the standards of a high-end hospitality environment.

Sixth Gen Construction restored a high-end attorney’s suite and the hotel’s Great Room following significant water damage. The project spanned 19 individual office spaces and included the installation of new drywall, custom painting, wallpaper, a walk-in shower, kitchenette, floor outlets, ceiling tiles, and high-end luminaires. Every detail was completed to meet the standards of a luxury commercial environment.

Large North Austin Hospital

We were called in for emergency mitigation and reconstruction. Our team immediately contained the area, boarded up the damaged entry, and began rebuilding the guest lobby and reception desks to restore full operation. Work included the installation of tile, carpet, and cabinetry for the nurses’ stations.

On a separate occasion, the same facility experienced a Category III water loss in the emergency department. Due to the critical nature of the space, we worked around the clock to demo and rebuild three corridors, 10 patient rooms, three bathrooms, and a nurses’ station under an accelerated timeline. Restoration included drywall, painting, FRP, welded sheet flooring, cove base, and cabinetry. Portions of the department remained operational, requiring us to work under full containment with negative air to prevent the spread of airborne pathogens and ensure patient safety throughout the process.

Large South Austin Hospital

We’ve been awarded dozens of projects at a large South Austin Hospital, supporting the facility with both emergency response and planned renovations. Notable work includes:

  • Roof Repairs – Addressed leaks and structural concerns with targeted roof maintenance.

  • Shower Rebuilds – Replaced failing shower pans with durable, life-proof fiberglass alternatives and fully rebuilt the enclosures.

  • Land Clearing & Safety – Cleared a 2.5-acre homeless encampment that posed a health and safety risk to the hospital. All debris was removed, and a secure perimeter fence was installed to prevent future issues.

  • Elevator & Lift Repairs – Assisted in the removal and replacement of faulty lifts in the facility’s loading dock.

  • Operating Room Renovation – Completed the demolition and full rebuild of a surgical operating room to meet current standards.

SouthStar Bank, Round Rock

A single-story building with a sign that reads "SouthStar Bank," featuring a tan stucco exterior, red tile roof, and arched windows and doors, situated in a suburban area with a large tree and parking lot in front.

A faulty HVAC system and damaged drip line caused significant water intrusion within the facility. Our team replaced the HVAC unit and drip line, then removed and replaced all affected drywall—restoring the space to full functionality while addressing the root cause to prevent future issues.
